HI THERE, I'M DR. KIM FOSTER.
I graduated from medical school in 1997, received my M.D., and then practiced medicine for several years as a family physician.
During that time I learned, first-hand, how truly broken the healthcare system is. Although people need it more than ever, conventional healthcare is not designed to help people with holistic wellbeing, with prevention, or with lifestyle improvement.
A huge gap became painfully obvious to me. And it became clear: wellness coaching is the future.
After transitioning to coaching several years ago, and building an entirely new life for myself as a coach (plus achieving more success and fulfillment than I ever did as a family physician) ... I began to mentor other women who wanted to do the same thing.
I then began to develop my own proprietary training program for women who wanted to become best-in-class wellness coaches.
