I have always been interested in nutrition and health...which is what led me to a career in medicine.
But I didn't always practice what I preached.
It wasn't until I had a series of my own health challenges—3 separate bouts of different autoimmune illnesses within 5 years—that I decided it was time to make some serious changes to my own nutrition, and find the best possible lifestyle for myself.
I had been aware of the Mediterranean way of eating ... but only vaguely. I had traveled to Europe many times, and loved the lifestyle and the way of eating.
But once I started delving into the research, comparing the different diets and nutrition theories, I realized just how miraculous the Mediterranean Diet was.
I adopted a Mediterranean-inspired diet and lifestyle myself and soon noticed major changes to my health and wellbeing. I lost the stubborn additional pounds I had gained after having kids (and acquiring a thyroid condition).
Plus, I was enjoying food more than ever, and it was all so ... easy and pleasurable.
It has now been 5 years since I've had any significant health challenges. I've felt healthier and more vibrant than ever before.
As a result of these experiences, I developed the Dolce Vita Diet program to help other people adopt a Mediterranean-inspired diet, and achieve the health and wellbeing of their dreams.

What’s the schedule?
As soon as your payment is processed, you can get started! At the beginning of each week, you'll receive a package for the week's module, which you will work through on your own time. The program continues with one new module per week for the full 12 weeks of the program.
How much time is required?
If you have as little as 15 minutes a day, you can learn and implement the basic principles behind The Dolce Vita Diet. Each module contains additional material and resources for people who are keen to do a deeper dive on a given topic, but it's not required. I get it — we're all busy! Since I'm assuming that shopping, cooking, and eating are all activities you participate in every day already, there is little additional time required for those activities, other than time to learn and try some new recipes. However, I've intentionally designed the meal plans and recipes to be simple and quick, especially in the beginning, to make it as easy as possible for you to adopt this new lifestyle plan!
How will the materials be delivered?
You'll be able to log in to a special learning portal on my website where you'll find all the materials for each week's module. You can download the video tutorials, the PDFs, and the recipes onto your own computer if you like, and watch & learn from wherever and whenever you like!
Can you guarantee results?
As you can imagine, there are no guarantees when it comes to a program that requires commitment and implementation on your part. Every participant is unique, and while the system I teach is designed to help you achieve your personal health goals (whatever they may be), what you get out of this program will be dictated by what you put into it.
