What’s the schedule?

Each day, you'll receive new material inside the learning platform: either a video tutorial, a PDF guide, or both...and you simply work though the aterial on your own time. The program continues with one new lesson per day for the full 21 days of the program. 

How much time is required?  

If you have as little as 15-30 minutes a day, you can learn and implement the basic principles behind The Mediterranean Diet. I get it — we're all busy! Since I'm assuming that shopping, cooking, and eating are all activities you participate in every day already, there is little additional time required for those activities, other than time to learn and try some new recipes. However, I've intentionally designed the meal plans and recipes to be simple and quick to make it as easy as possible for you to adopt this new lifestyle plan!
