Even though I'd always been interested in nutrition and health ... I didn't always practice what I preached.
I was burning myself out at work and juggling being a mom of two boys ... and I just wasn't making myself a priority.
It wasn't until I had a series of my own health challenges—3 separate bouts of different autoimmune illnesses within 5 years—that I decided it was time to make some serious changes to my own nutrition, and find the best possible lifestyle for myself.
I set out to retrain as a wellness coach -- and heal myself in the process -- and learned more about nutrition and lifestyle than I ever did in medical school.
I adopted all the changes I was learning about ... and couldn't believe the transformation.
I noticed major improvements to my health and wellbeing. I lost the stubborn additional pounds I had gained after having kids (and acquiring a thyroid condition).
Plus, I began feeling younger and more vibrant than ever before.
It has now been 5 years since I've had any significant health challenges. People are always commenting on my youthful glow (and I often get carded at the wine store...in spite of being many years past that age).
As a result of all this, I developed The Fabulous Woman program to help other women make similar changes to their lifestyle, and achieve the health and wellbeing of their dreams.
The core of The Fabulous Woman Program is our weekly private coaching sessions. This can be done entirely online, through private virtual coaching sessions via phone/Skype/Zoom. My clients come from all over the world.
Each week I'll guide you through a new module that dives into a different aspect of holistic health and wellness.
