  • The Design Session: a private 90-minute session (just you and me, 1:1 via zoom) during which we'll map out your entire workshop structure, from topic to teaching points to pitch. This is a powerful, intense session where we will get right down to work and take care of designing the entire framework for your workshop. And no worries -- I'll be guiding you every step of the way!


  • Implementation & Project Plan: at the end of our Design Session, we'll co-create your Project Plan which will map out all your final steps for implementing your workshop creation. You'll take everything we designed and drafted together to create your slide deck (using my template), polish your script, and put the finishing touches on your presentation handout. You'll know exactly what you need to do to put all the pieces together and finally get the entire project finished.


  • The Follow-Up Session: a 30-minute coaching session, scheduled 2-4 weeks from our Design Session, to review your slide deck, your polished script, and your presentation handout. Scheduling this final session will keep you accountable and on track, tie up any loose ends, and make sure you're all good to go.


  • The Health Coach Speaking Kit: a bundle of workbooks (that are yours to keep) covering topics from conquering a fear of public speaking to getting booked out as a speaker.
