Are you worrying too much about what people think about you? This is a huge problem for so many of us, and it really holds us back.

In this podcast episode (and video) I’m going to teach you 5 ways to stop caring what other people think of you.

This is a huge problem for so many people. The reason why it’s a problem is because when we worry so much about what other people are thinking about us, it consumes our thoughts and keeps us stuck, and keeps us in a state of paralysis.

For many of us, we can’t even think about what to do next because we’re so concerned about what family members or friends or neighbors or colleagues are going to think about us.

The truth is, no matter what you do, or say, or how you act, or the decisions you make, people will always have an opinion of you. And if you put too much stock in that, then you’re going to allow other people’s opinions to not only control your actions and decisions but oftentimes to even define you.
