Refund Policy

REFUND POLICY FOR DONE-FOR-YOU PROGRAMS (The Vibrant Woman Project and Marvelous Menopause)

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, but we also want you to give your best effort to apply all of the strategies provided in the program or product you purchase from our company. The Company provides a 14-day money-back guarantee for our Done-For-You products only (specifically: The Vibrant Woman Project and Marvelous Menopause). Our money-back guarantee is governed by the following terms.

To qualify for a refund for a downloadable digital product, you must not have downloaded more than 30% of the digital content. Since this is a digital download, and there is no way of returning the materials you received from us, you will only be eligible for a refund if you have downloaded less than 30% of the content, which we will consider a trial or sample of the digital content. If you have downloaded more than 30% of the content, you will not be granted a refund.

Please note: If you opted for a payment plan and you do not request a refund within 14 days, you are required by law to complete the remaining payments of your payment plan.

Upon determining that you are entitled to a refund pursuant to this policy, the Company will promptly issue an instruction to its payment processor to issue the refund. The Company does not control its payment processor and will not be able to expedite any refunds.

If you receive a refund of any purchase through this money-back guarantee, that shall immediately terminate any and all licenses granted you to use the material provided to you under this Agreement and the Company’s Terms of Use. You shall immediately cease using the material and shall destroy all copies of the information provided to you, including without limitation: video recordings, audio recordings, forms, template documents, slide shows, membership areas, social media groups limited to paying members, and other resources.

We will require proof that you have destroyed all materials and intellectual property that you accessed during the 14-day period prior to requesting a refund. Please be aware that our legal team routinely monitors for unauthorized use of Company’s intellectual property, and will be contacting you directly in the case of non-compliance with this.

All refunds are discretionary as determined by Dr. Kim Foster. To further clarify, we will not provide refunds if more than 30% of the digital product has been downloaded, and we will not provide refunds for requests made after the 14th day from your date of purchase and all payments must be made on a timely basis. If payments are not made on time, you agree to pay interest on all past-due sums at a rate of 1.5% per month or the highest rate allowed by law, whichever is greater.

With the exception of the specific products and programs described above, for all other products and services provided by the Company, Client shall be responsible for the full extent of the Fee. If client cancels attendance at the Program for any reason whatsoever, Client will receive no refund.
